Al, stop shouting. I assume by "You Guys" you mean me since my post was the only one that said anything other than "use it." Actually, even I said "Use it" but you probably didn't read that far. The information about lack of lubricity came from an SAE paper and it was primarily directed at large fleet operators for whom that would be a probablem -- that's why I mentioned I doubted the significance of that fdactor for everyday operation. The part about the sof pedal is the opinion of a number of people who have used silicone fluid. For some people, a slightly soft pedal is disconcerting -- for others, it isn't. If your power wagon has "huge shoes" then it is different from most of the ones I have seen and worked on. I don't use silicone fluid because I flush my brakes every 18 months and never let enough water build up to cause any sludge or corrosion. For people who aren't willing to do that it is a great choice.
