My opinion, and that's all that it is, is that you are at the higher end of the price range for a truck that is not running. If all the sheet metal, including the floor boards, are essentially rust free, and you like the truck, the price is probably OK. Once the truck is in running condition, I think you could easily get your investment back, if you needed to. Lets hear from some of you other folks out there.
