I'm not sure about the blower switch, but for the headlight switch, disconnect the bat. ground cable, then reach under the dash, and on the right side of the switch, close to the dash panel is a button. Push in the button and pull out the knob and rod. You may have to work it back and forth a few times to get it to relaese. Next unscrew the retaining nut on the front of the dash with either a small spanner wrench or wide blade screwdriver. Pull the switch from the back of the dash, and unplug the switch. Reverse the procedure to reinstall, and just push the knob and rod in to lock it in place. On the blower, I think the knob unscrews from the shaft, then unscrew the retaining nut and remove the switch.
