out here we call it shoe arcing. most cities have a frictions services company (brake and clutch reliners) that will arc shoes. bring them your drums and new shoes. if drums are machined to limits do like Bob said and get the oversized them have the arced to fit. they will have more material to work with that way. these brake system don't have room for adjustment error being a non servo, fixed anchor design. if arced and adjusted properly and you have quality lining material they stop excellent.
they usually only charge maybe 10 bucks a wheel for arcing. free if they reline your shoes for you.
