Maybe not as much as you think....A few years ago, I got a 354 hemi backed up with a NP540, out of a '57 Dodge full size school bus. I found that the bell housing from the 315 poly bolted up to the hemi, using the 315 clutch parts. The stock clutch linkage also worked. I bought a set of motor mounts from Hot Heads for the front. Probably have to shorten the drive shaft to T case a bit.....my next project.
