I got a kid to knock most of the surface rust off the rims for me. I have one cleaned up and hope to finish the rest this week end. It would have been nice to just buy 7 new rims but these are in good shape and all 1951 but 1-1954 rim. The tannery shop is using up my free time but I still squeeze PW time in. Soon as they get the roof over the old part of the building I can leave the project to the workers for a while. The 24 ft W6-20 lb per ft I-Beam was 500 lbs and easy with a crane to set in place. I think I found a place to park my 6x6 this winter out of the weather??
