I am faced with the same here. My friend, the owner of the local NAPA passed away. His wife is now running the business and has hired kids who know nothing. I went in yesterday looking for a inverted flare brass fitting. The kid said we dont have those. I told him, yes you do and I know where they are. He told then go get it. He did not go with me. He had no interest in learning where they were. My good days at NAPA are gone.
