I was having an impossible time getting my new stock brake system bled.
I removed the new master cylinder that was leaking, tore it down and put Teflon tape in all of the fittings, removed the cup and plunger and everything looked okay until I pulled the spring and valve. Then it stood out clearly. The thick rubber washer was folded over on edge so that the valve would never seat. How the boneheads pulled that off?? I don't' think you could do that one in a million. Replaced the washer and pressurized the system to 40# bled it until I got the air out and now have good pedal.
Love it when the self declared professionals mess stuff up.
I usually hear, "we have never had that problem before". Or "you are the only one to ever complain everyone else loves our product". We think you are just a whiner!
You guys might want to inspect it first.
