Dodge, Winchester, etc never made a spring. They just spec it and order by the thousands from a spring house.

Diameter of wire, diameter of coils, number of coils and/or overall length.

Here in the big city there is a local huge hardware store that stocks hundreds. But if you are located just east of West Pick-up Truck Falls, where land is cheap enough to store a dozen old trucks, you may have to look on eBay.
