My experience for what its worth....I run 37" x 12.50's on one of my M37's. I built this truck 10 years ago with later model drivetrain with 360, power steering, and 3/4 ton axles with 4-wheel disk brakes. Fun truck and it drives really good. Last year I suddenly started getting the death wobble when I would hit certain bumps...very violent and scary. I started trying to find what I had that was worn in the front suspension. Everything was tight nothing loose or worn that I could find. So I thought I would change my steering stabilizer to see if that helped....I did and it cured the problem and drives straight and smooth again. Is there some underlying problem somewhere that is the real cause...probably but for $20 I can probably drive another 10 years with no problem. They still make new vehicles with them...I would use one if it were me.
