I had air {pressure} wipers on a 5ton M813 I had. The did well in that the didn't slow when vacuum was at a minimum. The only thing was they were tricky to get to the speed you wanted. More pressure they went faster. Less went slower. then just a slight amount more or less air they'd stop or go like crazy.
