Running different size tire will cause "wind up" due to the different diameters. When you notice it if you stop and jack one wheel off the ground, does it try to turn by itself? Same thing happens with a 4x4 when you drive it on bitumen, as you turn corners the different rotational speeds wind up" the drive.
