is Government Liquidation. They not only own the goods being sold but they run the auction site you have to buy them through, and they show you absolutely nothing about the other "bidders". I put that in quotes because I know they have insiders bid up the prices of items. I gave up the whole army surplus thing when I noticed that I was repeatedly "winning" auctions at exactly my proxy bid limit.
