Clint, there is remnants of the Power Giants sticker on the valve cover, so yes a truck engine. The raised deck Dodge Hemi engine is the 315 and the low deck 354 was the largest truck Hemi engine. The raised deck Chrysler engine was the 392. Pre 61 truck engines for the most part (I think) had the engine mount in the center front, which might be why the water pumps were higher, like my 60 D100 with a Poly.
I don't see a 241 truck Hemi listed, just a 241 Poly, but there is a 241 industrial Hemi. Go figure.
