Some more parts I'm needing for the new-to-me '53 that I just bought (the list will continually get longer, I'm sure):
1) A pair of the "long" version hinge-mounted mirror arms (the 9" ones, non-adjustable).
2) Helitool power steering PUMP mount for the flathead engine (I already have a box mount).
3) MU-2 winch cable and hook (used is fine, if need be, or description of what I need to buy).
4) Good set of used floor pans for a 1950.
5) Good used doghouse radiator "nose".
6) Set of ambulance "long" rear shackles.
Once all of the extra parts arrive that came with the truck, a lot of them will be for sale/trade. So far, I know there is a snow plow with it, and a shed full of other parts. I should at least know what all I have this Sunday. Eventually (most likely), the flathead and transmission will be for sale, but I'm going to keep them in it and drive it for a while first. I'll put a picture up of the "new" truck this weekend, and put it in the registry.
