Technically all their motors can be purchased that way, stupid expensive but that's how M-series buys all their motors.
I had seen a Banks add for a powertrain kit using something like that diesel with the trans adapter and all the electronics in a "package" but not sure anything ever came out of it. It would be a sweet option, I could see lots of Wrangler guys doing that swap.
I've heard rumors that Nissan was looking at the 2.8 for their smaller pickup. It worked well for Dodge, why not?
