Rumor I've heard is that Toyota is also going to offer the 5.0 Cummins in the Tundra next year.

I am seeing more Ram 1500 EcoDiesels on the road these days.

Everything I hear about the 2.8 liter Duramax in the Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon sounds good. Maybe if GM built an SUV with that package, I could convince my wife to drive one? Though it seems SUVs have migrated to passenger car platforms and are no longer trucks. It's getting hard to find an SUV with any ground clearance at all.

The Wrangler is finally going to get a diesel in 2018.

It's Ford's turn to introduce a light duty diesel. Except their Ecoboost has so much torque, it's almost as good as a diesel. it should be, it has direct injection and turbos chargers.
