I went through this a while back, see the link below for details in the archives, but there is an expensive p/n and a cheaper one.
When I installed mine (the second time!) I put it on just far enough to be seated correctly, but not in the final position. Then I used the drive flange to seat it as you crank the nut on which drives the flange on. Put a spacer between the flange and the seal so it doesn't ride on the seal. This way you know you are getting the sleeve in the correct spot.
