This is the transfer case for the 1965 W100 Town Panel with Spicer 44 HD front axle that is going in the 1962 Town Wagon. It has the larger style drive shafts.

The u-joint at the bottom left is #5-160X. It has 1 3/16" bearing caps. It takes external snap rings in the slip yoke and external keepers built into the pinion yoke. This u-joint only fits the TC to front axle connection.

I think I need crossover u-joints for the other TC connections and the axle connections.

The intermediate shaft connection needs 1 3/16" bearing caps with external snap rings at the TC and 1 7/32" bearing caps with internal snap rings about 3" apart at the slip yoke.

The rear axle connection needs 1 7/32" bearing caps with internal snap rings at the TC and 1 3/16" bearing caps with internal snap rings about 3" apart at the slip yoke. I think this second type of crossover u-joint is what is needed at the axle pinions also. Not sure yet about the transmission connection.

The joint in the right of the photo is #5-1301X. The bearing caps are the right size (1 7/32") for the slip yokes, but the internal snap rings are too far apart and the caps are too large for the pinion yokes. Not sure what it fits.
