By the list on that add he must be high priced cause it looks like the same list always posted? Must not be selling many of them. And your right that area is changing fast I lived a few blocks from there place owned land about 2 miles away and lived in Roy for about 4 years. I was even chased by the cops in my 67 Shelby right by there once when I was speeding leaving Ft. Lewis when I was in the Army in the 70s. I have a lot of wild memories living near Spanaway!
