Man I feel for you. I could not bust down one tire let alone 3 even flipping one is a work out. They also want to look up me again but I just gained my weight back from the last bout of pancreas attack. You need to lose the weight and I need to gain it? I can't do a stress test it wipes me out fast. But I keep pushing myself to do things it is good for me. We just can't give up when you stop moving it is over hang in there and keep one project to stay healthy with even if it kills you doing it.
