Got a square?
Got a straight edge
Place the square on the garage floor and at the front of the spindle
Place the a straight edge on the top of the spindle.

You now have a angle under 90 degrees. The difference between that number and 90 is your caster.

Castor is an oil. You can use it to stop rust, run your diesel or fry up some food, some folks like to roll in the stuff.
