OK, the PO did replace the sensor. Maybe the wiring has problems. I will check the new sensor, wiring and other items on the list. I found several DRB-II diagnostic tool sets. Unfortunately, they are all out of my budget. Most around $350-450 but most of the checks can be done with a volt/ohmmeter anyway.
