I am going to try to cut the side top curved pieces and beside the seat to fit in one section first by making a template out of cardboard. The pillars will be separate from the end of the metal trim down the windshield to almost the floor. These will be covered in a black vinyl cloth backed upholstery material. This will take more abuse and the sun won't fade it. The other section will be covered the same as the top. I am picking up a 4X8 1/8" thick fiberglass embedded kitchen wall board to make the panels with. The stuff is flexible but still strong. You can heat it with a heat gun to form it easier if needed. You drill it out to match the metal trim holes and cover it with the headliner material. Then it is easy to put up with out winding the material up with a drill bit or missing the original screw holes. Takes a little time but should be able to do it in less than a day.
