Ya that is kind of new school cheap-O! I am waiting on a quote for 3/16" thick steel letters for a raised look I could screw them on from the back side with flat head screws and tap the letters for machine screws. The other way is to use a DODGE Nose emblem like on the front in the upper left side of the frame around the tailgate and bolt it on the inside of the box steel.
