i am putting the glass back into my 49 ffpw and I'm wondering on what steps are taken in order to install the rear window glass. does the interior window frame cover simply hold it in or can the glass be held in place by other means as i don't have my headliner installed yet? is there tabs that hold the glass in place with the rubber seal in place as well.....?
also, i tried to install the cowl vent weatherstripping by inserting it on the slotted section of the cowl and when i tried to close the cowl vent it seemed to bind on the weatherstrip... the weatherstripping is supposed to go into that 1/8'' grove right?
