There's some info in Bunn's book about colours for your model. Mojave beige was standard colour for wheels, upper sections on 2-tone, grille panel insert, bumpers and headlight inserts. Bed floor and running boards black.
I imagine the hood on a 2-tone would be beige underneath as it was probably painted off the vehicle. What colour is the engine bay and inner fenders? I'm guessing it's the standard colour that the outside is. From a production process point of view, I would expect some beige hoods to be available ready painted, although if there wasn't much call for 2-tone they may have just grabbed a standard colour off the production line and painted the top half of the cab and the hood - if that's the case, then under side of the hood would be standard colour with possible beige over-spray.
