Since my health issues erupted 2 1/2 years ago I was forced to change my eating habits. My wife spent hours researching ways to help. And she has been successful. But I always tell her "Why does everything that tastes good have to be bad for you?" But I like the idea of hanging around a little longer well enough to pay attention.
