I suspect you'll dismiss it like most folks Bill but the best advice I can give you...cut down on meat, poultry & fish. Dairy as well if you can.
Dieting will help you be an unhealthy person with less mass. Your diet is what will make you live longer.
Mostly plant based diet. Minimal red meat & minimal processed food.
When folks have heart problems, it usually takes that for the medical folks to get them to watch their diet...do it before you have problems.
That's my advice....if I could take my own advice I would cut out dairy but it's tough man. This crap has been handed down to us generation to generation.
Time to break the cycle! :)
By the way, a few lbs won't hurt you but high blood pressure & high cholesterol will kill you.
