I got 254K out of my old Chevy K3500 and had been dreading looking for a replacement for a while. Flipping back and for on the idea of new vs used, I went new, and decided it wasn't a great idea when I wrote the registration check out. Sure I go to put the first few miles on it, but it stinks making the monthly payments. I miss my old truck, and should have just rebuilt the engine.
Damn computer in the thing has its wires in just about every system. Even the brakes- (brake hill assist), why on earth would they have put that in a vehicle I will never understand. If it ever stops working, it will be expensive to fix.
