See to me that's not an auction either. If you want to put a fixed price you'll sell it at, just put it on Craigslist or an online classified ad that's meant for that.
An auction is an auction...bidding starts at $.50 & the high bidder owns it. No chance for shill bidders if I owned Ebay because there would be no canceling of auctions or commission refunds. Problem solved.
I mean if you want $15k for your truck & want to list it for $15k...put it on CL.
