yes, there are 1 1/2" thick rubber snubbers vulcanized to flat metal plates above both axles on the frame, I was missing two when I dropped the interaxle driveline in moab, if missing they will allow the axles to flex too far and the result was too short of a driveline! I had a custon extended spline shaft made in Moab and when I got home I found generic snubbers and replaced them. I don't remember the part number but I think they were made by Moog, I got them at my local Car Quest parts house. You ought to be able to find them or a usable part on EPay or check with one of the surplus truck dealers.
