you use an adaptor that is drilled 5 times exactly like the holes in our stock wheel centers that bolts to our stock wheel flange and the adaptor plate is also drilled 10 times for the 22.5 lug studs--believe it or not the center hole in the 22.5 is 8.79 in in diameter and clears our lug nuts with enuff clearance to get a lug wrench on them--so to change or fix a tire you would only have to take off the stock ffpw 5 lug nuts
