Looking ahead to the West Virginai Rally, are you going?

In the past, we have discussed renting Klaer Lodge out for the Rally. It sleeps 27, dormatory style. I think it would be a great place to hang out, and pretty affordable if we get a good amount of the beds filled. In other years when we have considered it, it was already booked up. I called today and it is available. I would like to reserve it as soon as possible. It will be $500 for the two nights (total) so the more people that commit the less it will cost everyone. I will make the reservation once we can fill 10 beds.
I would have gone ahead and reserved it but their cancellation policy is pretty harsh!
