No doubt. When I remodeled our bathroom a few years ago I put electric mats under the tile. It's very nice in winter to go in and have a warm tile floor. But our power bill definitely climbs. I have built houses with hot water heat in the floors and we have run zones out into the garage and walkways. Yes, it must be nice to have money....private or public.
