I'd probably find a way to wrap a coil around the descant chamber and bake it out to atmosphere using engine heat via the coolant.
Little Willy's using the compressor accumulated water in a pound charge of silica gel should be easy enough to deal with. It ain't like Willy's running a school bus with air brakes in terms of volume, and buses use silica gel cartriges that are recycled and dried.
I keep getting back to Willy went and plumbed up a nightmare and he will need to solve it right at the compressor, not downline.
