I agree with everyone. After doing internet....and way before that "snail mail" mail order business....I always received the $$ before shipping. And never did COD....after the mailman let the buyer open a package, and then declined it. I'm only speaking from 40 years of mail-order/internet business. And, yes....PayPal is great.
