Don't know if this will help, but here is a scan of the MoPAR (Unity) windshield pillar mount spotlight from a Power-Wagon parts list.
If you click on the link, it will take you to Phil's t137 site where I have placed a scan of the part numbers. Maybe Unity can cross reference the Dodge part numbers for the inside and outside brackets.
Note that the image is of the driver's (left) side model. The outside bracket and inside bracket are both found under parts code 1-108-24. The inside bracket fits into the bushing parts code 1-108-34. You will see that the outside bracket part number changes between left and right sides.
I can scan the next page if you need to see the part number for bushing parts code 1-108-34. No part numbers changed for the inside parts from left to right.
