It possibly was a Fargo in the beginning. I suspect that it was a Fargo PW with the offset axle and the front shocks and the hood shape. There are many Dodges in Europe that have had different bodies put on them. I doubt that this truck started with the carryall body on it. The body looks like a European design. The frame is too long to be a WC as there is not enough room to get a rear side door in without shaping it around the rear fender/wheel with a WC frame.
