I have Toyos that are 35" tall, with no problems for clearance. I did add heavier coils to the front to support the bumper and the hydraulic winch. And I have air bags in the rear to lift for loads or trailering.
You will have a hard time finding anything tall and narrow, unless you go with something like these in the picture. But I was never happy with them. They were 10 ply, stiff, heavy, and minimum traction. And, they were not quite 34" tall. I think they were 19 or 19.5 rims. Anyway I got rid of them after a year. There are probably other options in a larger rim, but plan on spending some money.
