I converted my 53 B3 to PCV. Pretty easy to do. VPW should have the needed parts. Like Dave said the air needs to be filtered on the oil fill tube. If you are not concerned about original look you can use your existing oil cap as long as the filter in it is in good shape and you don't plan on driving in deep water.
