The guy who delivers the trusses has a boom to lift them up but still it is a long ways to the back of the building for a 52 ft truss to be lifted! Lucky the can drive into the open area and work there way forward. The building add on is running a little over $53 Grand! They dried in my home for $38 Grand 20 years ago? Both costs included concrete. It does include the whole building being insulated and sheeted off inside with plywood so still close in costs.
