This is what happens if you bump the pedal with your foot backwards, The assembly comes out of the hole and you can't push the clutch in! You have to pull it out of gear and stop the truck go under the dash and stick it back in the hole to work. Other than that the pedal works great just don't snag the plastic pedal assembly with you foot it falls out of the hole. Was thinking of using a spring or stop to hold the pedal forward not letting it come back and hit the dash so it was not so easy to make it come out?
