remove the 1/2 of the hinge that fits in the door frame slot. Take a couple of painters sticks and wedges and line up the door. i do not think these doors ever lined up particularly well and when you get one gap perfect another will be out of line. To get a perfect fit on some cars I have ground down the door edge and welded and then filed it smooth. On others I have built up the edge with weld and then grounded it smooth. Not sure if a person would want to go to that much effort on a PW.
