M-37

Does $2500 sound like an average price for an M-37? It's in decent shape. No major dents or rust. Reverse is just about gone, but it runs. It has a twelve volt system.
There is a snowplow frame welded onto the front. Plow works with a PTO driven hydraulic pump. They didn't weld over any of the bolts so the unit could be removed. He wants $3000 with the plow.
I don't need much more than a good work truck to haul wood.
Oh, the interior is shot. There is a plywood seat for the driver. It has a tin roof. Are the heaters good in these things?
