How can I determine if my front axle is working properly? I've recently removed my front driveshaft. I've jacked up the front of the truck, removed the gear cover and am turning the wheels...shouldn't the wheels be operating together? When I turn the pinion yoke by hand, they do turn in unison but sometimes slip. I'd appreciate any advice...Thanks.
