Hello John, You only need the outer two rims as a deeper dual will not fit over the brake backing plate. So you use the standard rim on the inside and the dual type on the outside. You just change out the lug nuts for the budd dual type. I have several of these rims and correct lug nuts in good used condition if you are interested.
