A lot has to do with your intended use. If you are planning to use your PW or M37 as a daily driver with todays normal speeds and freeway driving. Forget it. They are not powered for it and the gearing is wrong. They are truely a low speed heavy duty work truck off road truck.

They are a great truck to have for fun and work around the property. They will not meet with most peoples current idea of a truck.

They can be regeared, repowered and restored, which I have done (look at my Carryall on the link below). It still is not a daily driver and it never will be nor is it suitable for long trips.

I am not trying to crush your love of these trucks, as I really love their looks, simplicity but just be aware they are not really capable of moving 50 years forward into today's world as most understand it.
