Your rims on your PW are 6.50 X 16. The Michelins XL either 11.00 X 16 or 9.00 X 16 will fit. Michelin recommends that they be mounted on 6.50 X 16 rims. So you have the recommended size rims.
Finding the tires is more difficult. They are a military tire and most Michelin dealers do not know about them. You need to go to a large truck tire dealer and ask for them. They are expensive. Most people opt to buy used ones from military surplus tire dealers. Some very good tires can be found with 75 to 80% tread left. I have see a few brand new ones being sold by these dealers.
You can go to the Michelin web site and get information on them. Go to http://195.154.239.168/truck/ ON this page select "Products" then "New Tires" then "Tire Selector" This will bring you to their tire selector tool. IN this tool Enter the Tires size as "11.00R16" Then Steer/All Position for tire position then "Offroad/Military" for Use. The select the "Continue" button and it will show the XL tire. Click on the Tire and another page will open up that allows you select further information on the tire.

I bought my tires from a used tire dealer in Edmonton Alberta (Canada) I picked them up in person as it was next to impossible to ship them across the border. You can see them in the US from time to time.
