I thought we killed this. Looks like any opportunity to destroy private property and eliminate freedom in the name of safety is just too tempting for some folks.

as you might remember during the clinton years there was a bill intoduced that all military equipment owned by civilians will be demilled,well this bill fizzled out,now a senetor levin in michigan has attached this bill to a emegency spending bill for the disater in new york and washington,this means that any peice of military equipment tents to canteens and weapons that the military used will be demilled at the owners cost,it goes to the senate this thursday and then the senate the bill will pass because its attached to the emergency spending bill proposed ,,anyone that has any more info on this please inform us and let us know who to contact to get this attachment taken off,just heard this tonite on our ham radio net and we are a group of guys that collect military equipment,,we could lose anything that is painted green and surplus military equipment,,even our guns,,heads up,,gregg in ohio
